I have the great pleasure to publish my page!
Born in 1968 in Athens where I lives ever since. From a very young age I have dogs of various breeds as well as cross-breeds. In 1988 I acquired my first Old English Sheepdog, "Micky", fell in love with the breed and devoted myself to it.
After many efforts I managed to gather together a sufficient number of dogs and owners to the first show of the Kennel Club of Greece in 1994, forming together with them the Hellenic Old English Sheepdog Club in 1996. Since then I have participated in many conformation shows in Greece and many countries abroad, with great success and many awards won by my dogs. I owns the first male Greek and International Champion O.E.S., in Greece, (Macopa The Emperor "Nanuk").
I registered the breeding prefix "Micky's Land", dedicated to my first dogs, and started breeding.
A female O.E.S. of my breeding (A Dream Worth Keeping by Micky's Land-"Marzipan") exported to the U.K. and owned by Colin & Pauline Barnes (Macopa Bobtails), it grew up to win the Post Graduate Class at world famous "Crufts Dog Show-2003" among 21 entries (Judge: Mrs. Baileys, "Lamedazottel's Bobtails").
I also owns the first female Greek-bred Greek Champion O.E.S., many title's, group's and B.I.S. winner (A Dream Come True by Micky's Land-"Ginger") of my own breeding.
A full member of the Kennel Club of Greece, Vice-President of Athens Canine Society, President and founder member of the Hellenic O.E.S. Club, member of the O.E.S. Club of Great Britain.
I'm approved by the Kennel Club of Greece to judge all F.C.I.'s Group 1 breeds and Retrievers.
I have also invited to judge in many C.A.C. and C.A.C.I.B. shows in Greece, Israel and U.K
